Our Inspector: Olivier is a trained NY State certified home inspector. Originally from France and having studied in Canada he is fluent in both English and French and speaks some German as well. Olivier is a scientist and has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry. As a father of 2 young children, he knows the risks that are around a house and he always evaluates these risks during his inspections. As a homeowner, in Westchester County, he understands the stress and the crippling financial burden of unforseen problems arising in a new home, if not inspected correctly, and thus will take the time to help you understand specific situations. Due to his higher education and his taste for detail, he will develop a highly detailed and illustrated report, that will help you evaluate your investment, but he will also provide advice on maintenance in this report, which will help you extend the life of equipment and unnecessary issues.
